This is the stamp that celebrated the 100 years when regular mail was started between the two countries, it's now 155 years and counting!

Looks like a Spanish (or Spanish Colonies) stamp to me...

Yep, that's a Spanish design stamp that was used in the Philippines.

"Franco" doesn't mean "France", it means "Frank" as in postage.

Thanks guys, I've had this stamp for so long ago, and had always thought it was from France!

Is it realy from Spain?

It is Philippines #1 from 1854. The stamp you showed commemorates 100 years of stamps in the Philippines.
