Another lovely Lass, this time from Banat, (evidence of a crease from a inexperienced hand removing a hinged stamp from a page) Stampers! do not bend stamps! These are from 1936, I wonder if they influenced the designer of the Austrian "Provincial Costumes" of 12 years later..... I think so....  see the connection?  |

According to a listing on bidstart, it is 3 euros in Michel. It is a buy it now for US $1.45.

I have arrived at that point in forming a collection, where one has to search for singletons / MS's. The chances of stuff arriving in large lots becomes minimal. By all accounts this is where it becomes more expensive. I am not sure if is more prudent to buy single items or buy an expensive collection, pick it, then resell.

About 6 years ago, a Romanian collector in Europe sent me a scan of one of his stamps (used and postmarked)to identify a forgery of a particular issue. (RCSD Newsgroup)
This week I received an auction lot from the US of Romania, and there was this very same exact stamp included.
That has to be a Ripley's "Believe it or not" contender

1965 A fine example of BURELAGE.
