Norway 1906-08 30-O On 7-S - Term For Blurry / 3-D / Out Of Focus Looking Stamps?

Good Morning,

Every now and then I come across stamps that look blurry or out of focus. The letters have a 3D or three dimensional look to them. Only after scanning or using a magnifying glass do they look clear.

Is there a term for this type of stamp?
