Your post, with this title, is getting very close to breaking the rules. Members must have at least 50 posts to be able to sell items.

Leather postcards aren't "rare", so a sale price would largely depend upon any interest surrounding the stamp or cancellation(s).

Probably not, but I don't know everyone. You can get all that you want on ebay for less than $5 each.

Since the item is stitched and has a flap, it looks like an envelope to me. So, how did it pass through the mail without getting hit with postage due?

That is an incredible amountl of work and expense to mail a letter or postcard. Much nicer than your average novelty postcard.

Leather postcards are quite common.
Leather ENVELOPES are a completely different matter as seen by the sale price.
First one I have ever seen in 30+ years.

Postage due: an unsealed single-piece 3rd class with no actual message enclosed, would be 1 cent, so good chance it is properly rated.

I'm with John. I've never seen one (envelope form) either. I'd probably have priced it at $50 if I had it, but $70 doesn't faze me. It has good topical interest with the owls; #300 is a popular stamp. And it's even from Ohio. :)

I'm a little baffled as to why we're being asked for thoughts on items that have already been sold.

My apologies. I did not realize that it was an actual envelope. I thought it was just a design element.
