Hello everyone,

I have this cover with 2 low value stamps from the 1991 transportation series which are overprinted with a 30 and a little telephone.

I know that a lot of low value stamps were overprinted in 1991/92. Mostly done privately.

I am trying to figure out this cover.

Can anyone help me with the translation of the Russian postmarks and the "send by label".

Thank you.

The sender is one Valeri A. Gulikov, with a mailbox address, no 237 in Pskov - area 16, Russia 180016.
Front postmakrs: 16 of February 1994, at midnight (if 00), by Pskov regional depot.

Postmark on the back: cover processed on reception by Zaporozhe regional depot on 28th of February 1994 at 10am.
Receiver is one Leonid Georg. Yurko from the town of Berediansk, Zaporozhe region, Ukrain 332440, with yet another mailbox - a5/box - 52.

The little phone on the postmark might indicate a faster processing required.

I tried to find any of the two people on the main Russian search engine Yandex.ru, but with no success.

Mailbox to mailbox in that era means the content/message might be something unusual. If you have it and you scan it I can give it a go
