My UK postal stamps collection.
If you have any questions, feel free.

I believe that experts can identify stamps (I had to reduce the image below 200 kb)

Is there a question? These all appear to be common stamps.

Hi @GeoffHa
Thank you for your question. I do not understand it, but this is a ok collection for me :)
I still prefer US stamps (one my homepage).

Johnc, may I suggest you to not keep the stamps on top of each other, please? Otherwise, they might stick to each other

Might be more effective to sort out and remove the duplicates. I've never had one stamp stick to another in a stock-book, although this isn't the warmest of climates.

That's a lot of Machins Always like the color spectrum of them when piled into stock books.

There are free online references if you Are curious, or decide to specialize with the Machins. It could be many hours of very inexpensive fun as you learn to distinguish differences in stamps which appear to be the same.

Hi @aug-stamps
I currently do not have the choice because I do not have enough albums.
I already saw it when I bought stamps.
BTW: Thank you for your advice, when I am able to do it.

Hi @GeoffHa
And I would do it if I had a second place to put duplicates, but I do not.
Besides, I do not have a UK catalog to know how to sort my collection.
I have searched for some PDF catalog on the internet but unsuccessful.

Hi @stallzer
:) :) :) I'm not one of those who love coloring, but as I said I have no choice.

I know that, but I do not have so much time. There are plenty of other obligations to make for a living.

Guys, thanks for yours participation in the topic.
So far, I've always bought a postage stamp. I did not even observe the philatelic events at all. I have now decided to approach my collections differently.
I will probably try to sell this collection and focus only on US postal stamps (Online US Stamps Collection from my homepage).

Best regards to all.

I don't see the point of showing this cumulation of common stamps, that most of us have, or can have for pennies. I, myself, collect Machins; but I give my duplicates for charity, as I suggest you might do. I fully understand, why you don't have enough album space!

It's clear that the words "stamp collection" have a diferent meaning for each philatelist...

Hi @Cursus
You're probably right. However, I have to explain why this is so at this moment. For the last several years, I've just bought a postage stamps and placed it in albums. I have now decided to focus on certain countries. In the future, this will be a lot easier and I will have more places in my albums.
Thanks for the advice. Best regards

That is part of the attraction for me, all the shades of color, especially in classic U. S.

Hi @littleriverphil
Of course, it is nice to see stamps in color shades.
I prefer each stamp one piece. When I have sorted all my stamps by years of issue, then I will give a surplus on the market in lots.
best regards
