Does anyone have to collect EX Yugoslavia?
Is this an error on the stamps or is it a common occurrence?
This pair of postal stamp is not used and has preserved rubber/glue (gum) on the back.
The left margin, perforation is weird. Does not it seem to me to be cut off?
Can somebody tell me more information?

Yep, it is cut off. Could be that these were cut off in a dispenser of sorts, or someone was playing with scissors. Here in the States it happens quite often with coilstamps and automatic machines that put the stamps on envelopes.

I apologize, but I can not quite translate what you said. Can you reformulate your text or contact me?
Do you want to buy these postal stamps? If so, for now I can not say anything. I need to sort my collection of EX Yugoslavia and see catalog prices (I do not currently have a catalog, so I have to get it).
Thank you for your participation in the topic.
Best regards
