I received this imperf. buried in a bunch of stamps I got in bulk.
Apparently its of recent issue, but I can't find it in my Scott National nor in the Scott Catalog (mine only goes up to 2016).



Can anyone ID if for me please ?

In philatelic terms, anything after 1920 is "modern", and anything after 1940 is "recent". :-)

I'd go for after 1900 as middle period, after 1945 as modern. Choose your own epithet for post-2000.

If I read the date correctly as Jul 22 2017, then it would qualify as late usage.

Just to add to the confusion, I remember reading somewhere that classic stamps only go up to 1875. That leaves the last quarter of the 19th century without a description. 'Post classic' maybe?
