I use my inkjet printers mainly for photographs, so laser printers are not an option for me. For this, I have an 11 x 17 inch (semi-pro) and a 17 x 22 inch printer (pro) which already take up a lot of room so I don't want another printer.

I refill my own cartridges so my costs are contained. My ink supplier will provide colour profiles for the use of their ink on most commercially available quality papers.

I use a Canon MG7720 inkjet printer for all my pages. I considered using a laser printer, but I have documents printed with commercial-grade laser from 20 to 30 years ago that are now stuck together while in regular storage in a filing cabinet. I don't want to risk that with my stamp pages, so I chose the inkjet route and will stick with that. My printer handles 110lb cardstock well and prints nice, crisp pages. Just my 2¢.

Similar experience for me with my Canon 3620. It also prints on 110 card stock but you have to use the original ink. Generic refilled don't work and mess it up.
