Scott Numbers For New Zealand Postal-Fiscal Stamps

In my 2009 Scott catalog, New Zealand 1967 and 1981 postal-fiscal stamps are BoB listed as "AR". However, I am now seeing the listed on HipStamp as 404A-404D (watermarked) and 404Ba-404Da (unwatermarked).

I assume that this is a post-2009 catalog change. Anyone know when the listings were changed?

do the HipStamp listings attribute the numbers to Scott, or perhaps the seller is using MICHEL numbers?
