Good evening I added this stamp on ebay but I noticed that the color is blue and not green, do you have any idea?

It is not a rare color variety. It's a color changeling, probably done with bleach. A guess would say it happened in an attempt to clean up something about the stamp, or possibly to reduce or remove a cancellation or other stain.

Consider it additional damage.

It isn't a Type IV either... Type III, Scott #33. As such, the bidding has already exceeded the value. The listing should be ended.

Regardless as to type and whether bleached, the shipping charges are more than the value of the stamp as shown

This question probably should have been asked before putting it up for sale.

I see the listing hasn't gone anywhere.
