I'm getting to like this Engraved issue from 1913. 4 plates were used, and a total of 2,295,450 stamps were issued. An
ebay seller apparently had a large section from Plate 4 and decided to break it up into smaller pieces. Luckily, I saw this piece, and, after a short bidding war, won it and it just arrived.
Just beautiful. Mint, Never Hinged. Very good centering, and a combination pair. ACSC lists this item as 59(4)g and 59(4)h (locations 22 and 23 respectively). The left stamp has a pronounced re-entry down the entire right side, going in as far as the oval near the back of the King's head. The right hand stamp is less apparent, with a stated re-entry to the top right corner.
