No ,it is not a error . Just messy work by the printer doesn't qualify it as a error ,sloppy inking can be found on many stamps .

Scott classic lists double impression of centre, and double impression of frame for this stamp.

I have this real dog of a stamp below, that I just am not sure about. It looks to me to have doubling of the letters/values.

Floortrader. Is this one also just sloppy inking ?.

Poor inking would be the way I call it ,clearly not a double impression .

The stamp posted by jony78 could very well be a partial double
impression.In his stamp ,the impression is shifted farther up


In his stamp the columns match up from inside the arrow up
towards the shifted impression.
