I'm Massimiliano. I live in italy and I'm 45 years old. I collect prephilatelic letters (called also stampless, prestamp and preadhesive) and manuscript mainly from 1200 to 1700. My focus is on - letters with feathers from Scandinavian countries (1700-1800) - letters with silk threads (1600) - transatlantic letters (1600-1700) usually from old colonies to Europe - old letters (1300-1600) from or to Italy with something of particular, like merchants symbols, postal symbols, historic contents, particulars itinerary, and others - parchment manuscripts with pendant seal (1200-1700)
Sometime I need to find expert persons that can help me with translation, and in this case I need to find someone for ducht and german letter of 1600. In Italy I'm not able to find them.
Then I always research new letters for my collection and maybe this forum can me useful for me.
