Came across this pair, the paper types appear different but the broken D on both?

I am not an expert on these, but, your stamp appears to be a poor inking 'variety'. Not sure if this is constant or not?

jony78......I agree with Bujutsu.....Very dry inking/plate..This did happen to me in printing class in high school..Also happens when the ink literally becomes old with hardly any adhesive qualities left in the ink.
