Perforation 12.25 (12 1/4) gauge may have been overlooked not only because Scott/Unitrade Canada gauges line perforations mostly in halves (1/2) to the closest half (1/2) but also because the Kiusalas Canada specialized perforation gauge does not have it since it would be around Kiusalas 64.27767957 (0.06427767957"). However, "The Canadian Stamp Perforation Change of 1962" booklet has this gauge as coming from a rotary perforating wheel with 197 pins/holes and a 4 1/32" (4.03125") diameter. This booklet goes into Canada (and U.S.) line perforations from stamps earlier than 1962 as well.
