1898 75 1c grey green QV Numeral Issue Sc#75 (color bar in top ovul over "PO") used

Couldn't find information on this variety. Looks like it could be constant instead of a freak mark.



Refer to coloured bar above "PO" of "POSTAGE"

I am NOT and expert..I do have software abilities..I used my program to determine whether it is the same colour as the printable ink.

Remember, your monitor, my monitor and everyone else's monitor shows different colours..BUT I am just seeing if the smudge is the same colour..And yes it is as you can see from the picture below.

I would in my opinion call it ink smudge, but send it to Ralph at re-entries.com to let him look at it.
