For some reason they don't mail them to me anymore and I had been making steady orders. |

I've been getting 'em regularly for years. I'll have to check my PO Box. |

sdtom: When you reviewed your stamp order, did it include any plastic shrink wrap items & did you notice any 'slash' type cuts in the wrap material (which may or may not have) penetrated thru to the item sent?
I just received a number of items from the Fulfillment Center and several of the items in the shrink wrapper had what appeared to be mechanical slashes but the enclosures were not damaged. |

I received an order a couple of days ago. It was 5 panes total. A couple of the panes had undulating creases in them, sort of like you get when a piece of paper goes through a copier slightly askew. The damaged panes were certainly not collectible. Fortunately, most of the order was for household postage.

Trainwreck: The 'slashes' on the pieces I received appear to be like a mechanical scratch/slash of the wrapper material which fortunately did not penetrate to damage the product. There were some evenly spaced pin-like parallel markings as if on a carrier/conveyor belt. Never had an issue with material received damaged but it appears that there is something amiss in the shipping department's automation system of the Fulfillment Center. |

Eligies, if it is like other periodicals shipped in plastic it is not done by the fullfillment center but by the printer that prints these things. It is usually a commercial printer that handles this,

Peter: Not referencing the USPS catalog, which is sent out by the Fulfillment Center, but the packaging the Center uses for items. I am going to try & set up some examples for comparison but now busy getting the homestead 'storm ready' for the 3rd time in 15 days. (expecting 12+ inches in over the next 36 hours)
sdtom: sorry for hi-jacking the post, but I was trying to see if there were any other Fulfillment orders with product packaging with similar damage to what I received. |

sdtom: thanks for the info... I also received a Philatelic the other day which was really clean & pristine, no curls, bends, creases, or any tearing damage. Had to be unique to a belt device out of adjustment used during the order collection. |

I have had a problem in the past and they made good on it although it was a bit of a hassle to return it to them. |
