Catonese - Help With Translation Please

Would there be anyone on the SCF that would be able to translate this 1948 CANTON, CHINA receiving cancellation. I maybe wrong but one cancellation box maybe Cantonese and one maybe Mandarin. Would you also please translate the center of the circular date stamp with the receiving month/date/time. Thank you in advance.

I can't read the stuff in the boxes (I know some Japanese but very little Chinese, though both use a lot of the same characters), but the top and bottom ones are identical, and the middle one says something entirely different. It's not a Mandarin vs. Cantonese thing. Written Chinese is based on a Mandarin standard, regardless of the writer's own dialect, but speakers of different dialects will pronounce the characters differently. There's something about "one sheet" in the top/bottom box and "left/right corner" in the middle box, but I don't know the language well enough to decipher much more than that.

The circular date stamp has Canton (Guangzhou) at the top, and the date is Year 35, Month 8, Day 8, Hour 15. Year 35 in the Minguo calendar would be 1946, not 1948.
