with retroveal and amplification of original, looks like a numeral cancel 8, RF 7 of Chatam (no date)???

What do you think.....stamp has greene cert by Greene Foundation

Just bought the stamp with cert. It is a numeral cancel 8 Chatham with RF 8, checked with image and retroveal
