So, it appears that this stamp is a Scott #20 but the catalogue that I have says that the Scott# 20 is in-watermarked. Now I have a 2002 catalogue if that makes a difference. The stamp water mark is attached.
I acquired this stamp in a huge lot that I purchased at an estate sale.
Any help would be appreciated.

It appears to be overprinted with the word 'Palestine'

According to my SG part 1. Stamps with watermark multi script, the one you show, were issued 1922. SG79 1p grey which would make your stamp scott 56.
