I have been having trouble identifying this image. I think it was an Australian KGV design that was used on pre-paid envelopes. When the actual KGV stamps were issued, the design had changed. Unfortunately the stamp was cut from the postcard/pre-paid
I did manage to find a web page before but cannot locate the reference or history.
