whats the deal with this stamp.. can't seem to find a coil like it online??

ps- I have x2 1912 #406 2c Washington Carmines as well... figured I'd start with these Washington's .

I would say a 455 or a 492 depending upon watermark or not.

Could be a 492, but looks more like a 455 to me. Check for a watermark; single-line watermarks can be difficult to see on some stamps.
