Most, if not all, of the stamps mounted and labeled in the range 551-562 are misidentified rotary press stamps. The unused 9¢ Jefferson stamp is a Scott 641, worth less than a dollar even if never hinged because of the marginal centering. The stamps labeled 221-224 should not have triangles in the upper corners.
