Sellers last auction for the same stamp cancelled a week ago at £92 then relisted he wants the BIN price. Is it bad practice to keep relisting auction till he gets the £249? Cat £15000 for a damaged stamp? Why does ebay allow duplicate listing here? Thoughts?

I'm more interested in why anyone would offer £92 for this. Some strange people out there!

I suspect he has a shill bidder or 2nd option he just cancels the auction sale each time when its not high enough for him. Surely this practice is prohibited on ebay? I haven't checked how many other times the seller cancelled the auction for this stamp before the one he cancelled at £92. Bidders be aware with this seller. Cat £15000?

It is important to check out a sellers other items.

yep he relisted an auction again for £95 so why didn't he accept the £92 auction then? Shill bidder??
