Is this a white MX because I see the edge of a Black MX over the words ONE PENNY. Seller claiming very rare but I see a common used penny black with black MX. Anyone see a white MX and rarity?

Well, from a point of general ignorance, perhaps a past effort to clean off a cancellation? Only two (just about) margins. And "looks like mounted mint" - well, no, as that means unused and with some original gum.

Yeh good point it may have been previously cleaned and altered, totally one not to bid for. Can't see why bidders would believe the title.

There's no such thing and this particular item appears to be in very rough shape. Not sure if they botched removing the cancel or that the front has been badly scrapped but this one has very little or perhaps nothing to recommend itself by. IMHO, that is.
