Good Afternoon,

I have a Victoria 1880 2p - Stanley Gibbons WM V over crown #19. I believe the perf is special - 12 x 12.5. Please let me know the catalog number if you have one and relative value.

Here are the online perf details:

Top:12.27 Right:12.65 Bottom:12.26 Left:12.56.

Picture was scanned at 600 dpi - You are welcome to test for yourself at the online perf guage.

No perf 12 x 12.5 listed in my 2011 part 1. There is a 2d sepia with mixed perf 13 and 12 listed. SG 203a £650 used.

Is that a closed tear or a surface scuff between the C and T of Victoria?

Good news - at least it's not a tear. You can see the back of the stamp and the two thins from this scan. Unknown as to what caused them.
