How to know if a chinese stamp was issued with or without gum?
I am talking about the first stamps of the Qing dynasty ( Scott # 1 until # 122).
Neither in Scott nor in Chan is that information written .
Thank you.

You might check the listings in Interasia auctions.They indicate
if the stamp selling has the original gum.Good way too know if
a particular stamp was issued with gum.A good start plus good pics.

@TangStamps
I checked the catalogues and I found that all stamps Scott #1 to #492 have gum.
Am I right?
Thank you.

@priatel

Most of the early stamps were printed overseas and they all have gum.
