Has anyone used this service, having the Sales Department mail you a special one time sending? Any comments? Seems like a good way to use the service without committing to long term receipt of one category.
APS Circuit Sales will send directly to you a closeout circuit of approval books based on your specification picked from their availability listings. It's one time only. If you want another close out circuit you have to make another request.
In their closeout circuit you may get 10-15 books. If you find a book(s) you want, you have to buy the full book. Just sent the unwanted books back to the APS.
Well ... I think APS circuits are the cats meow for approvals, so yes, if you thing its worth $5 for direct shipment go for it. To get on a regular circuit only costs $2 if you make no selections; you just have to wait for the circuit to come around to you. I had 3 circuits pass thru here in the last 10 days... one I selected $47 worth of approvals; the other 2 I forwarded with no purchases for $2 each. Direct or circuit, it still costs $2 for insurance, plus USPS Flat Rate small box postage even if you make no purchases.
Circuits can be cancelled at any time, so you pay an extra $3 for direct delivery.
Whatever you do, it will be worth the experience. APS circuits put the items in you hands to examine at a very reasonable price.
Don't over look the close out circuits. They are a very good deal, also.
