Dan's posts about Marijuana stamps motivated me to post! I recently acquired the following with Kansas DR 1-5. I would call them specimens due to the date. Another set of specimens previously appeared in the SRS journal that was the basis of the listing in the catalog. Unfortunately, whomever listed them missed the 1 in the date so the catalog says they are dated JUL 0 1990. Both sets are actually dated JUL 01 1990.
