Unfortunately, a fake. Another source which probably describes this forgery (there's more than one), mentioning the bad pin-perf 12:
http://stampforgeries.com/album-weeds-baden/The original is neatly typographed, I believe that the forgeries are all lithographed. Compare the sharpness of impression and indent of the printed parts for the original in the link given by perf12, the photo with "Ein Mausklick auf..."
