The four 2c stamps in the upper left are 610 or 612, 688, 702, 628. I do not believe that they are BOB.

And why are we to "take a look out (sic)" the two 20c stamps? They are C9 (cat. value of $1.50). Is it that the bottom one has a straight edge?

I thought it was an error stamp until I just checked it again. There were actually 2 stamps stuck together. I apologize. You're right. The 4 top left are not BOB.
