In a news report cited in another thread, the reporter claims to have received two covers with the endorsement:

RETURNED TO SENDER // COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE

Q/ Anybody got/seen one of these?

Cheers,

That is a cover I would like in my collection. I would be breaking the law and supporting crime arranging to get one deliberately.

I've seen it written by hand, with a rubber stamp saying return for postage, but not a rubber stamp about counterfeit stamps.

What post office is getting so many counterfeit stamps that they decided to make a rubber stamp to deal with the issue?
