ehquionest - Here is an image I made of a stamp in my collection depicting Emperor Penguins (Aptenodytes forsteri), and the ship Antarctic used by Finnish and Swedish geologist, geographer, and polar explorer Nils Otto Gustaf Nordenskjöld (1869-1928) during his South Pole expedition in 1901-03, designed by Ingalill Axelsson (1933- ), combined engraved by Martin Mörck (1955- ) and lithography, and issued by Sweden on August 22, 1989 in a booklet containing six stamps publicizing Swedish polar research, Scott No. 1752, Facit No. 1579. Please feel free to use this image in your book, if you wish.

John Becker - Interesting point. I suppose that I own the rights to this photo of the Sweden stamp posted above. However, I'm not an attorney with expertise in international intellectual property law, so I would suggest to ehquionest that he may wish to get an opinion from qualified legal counsel before proceeding with his project. - nethryk
