Can someone help me locate this puzzler, please?
A West German stamp canceled in "Sand 7584" in 1964. There are a bunch of places in Germany named Sand and I want to know in which one of them this stamp was canceled.
So I looked up early German postcodes and "7584" is listed as having been used in Saxony in East Germany. No 7584 listed in West Germany.
There is a Sand in Saxony...but canceled on a West German stamp!?
There are several Sands in what was West Germany.
Tried a Google search but couldn't figure from those results which Sand, Germany this was.
Can anyone help me correctly ID exactly which post office canceled this stamp. Thanks in advance for your efforts.

That postmark is from Sand, Baden-Württemberg. Sand's postal service is now handled through the nearby city of Bühl, postcode 77815.
