The Printer is "Heralmi Rieusset" from Barcelona, Catalonia (W. Europe) and the designer has also a Catalan name (m. Pons). We can see the symbol of anti-tuberculose fight ( a Lorraine cross, on the upper-right corner) and the words "Strepto" (Streptomycin?, an antibiòtic) and "BCG" (anti-tuberculose vaccin)and the years "1956-7". As, up to 1956, there was a Spanish protectorate on the North of Morocco. I guess that it's a pro-tuberculose cinderella issued on the Spanish Morocco.
