It's not strictly an error in stamp terms but probably more in the vein of a freak. Not rare but not common, either. Someone will chime in with an approximate value. Nice find!
ok, ill try a different approach on the question of value. If you, scf member or reader, were the owner of this little booklet of 12 stamps and wanted to sell it, then what would you list as the starting bid and what would you hope for the final sale price? thank you all!
