Best Way To Sort Worldwide Stamps Before Putting In Album

floortrader: I always like your collecting styles. Should have included that just because I'm downsizing; getting rid of no longer needed countries; doesn't mean I don't have a ton of stuff to do with my remaining collections.

Needing organization & assimilation: 3 collections of Poland; three of Mexico; 2+ of Portugal & colonies; 1 of British East Africa, 2 of Nicaragua; binders & stock cards of select South American countries; etc. Specialization has its own "drawbacks."

And, I'll be at the annual Rocky Mountain Stamp Show when it opens tomorrow morning, with a short want list of individual stamps.

I take mine and sort by country putting them in regular large mailing envelopes I think they are #6 size. When full start another envelope. I keep them in the boxes the envelopes come in. I start at A country and add boxes as needed. At times I may have 4 or 5 envelopes of 1 country. Now I am printing out Steiner pages to make some sense of what I have. I need to quit keeping 100 of a same stamp.
