Finland's October 9, 1997 booklet of eight, 2.80 mk. stamps commemorating Finnish Language Books of the 20th Century depict book jackets. One of the eight jacket designs (Facit #1405) lacks pictorial imagery.

This March 6, 2001 stamp of Estonia publicizes the European Year of Languages. Message on selvage says, "languages open doors."

Here is Estonia's 2012 "Europa" set of two stamps (Sc. 703-4). The theme is the promotion of tourism.

This 2014 stamp of Estonia commemorates the centenary of the Academy of Arts.

From Wikipedia, "The Estonian Academy of Arts is the only public university in Estonia providing higher education in art, design, architecture, media, art history and conservation-restoration. It is based in Tallinn."
