On February 21, 2019 Ireland issued this "W" (international/priority) rate stamp on the subject of Irish Phrases. And then on July 23, 2020 the same image was re-used as one of 12 atm/computer-vended stamp designs.

This February 12, 2015 "N" (domestic letter rate, 68c at date of issue) stamp of Ireland was released as a part of the country's 'Love and Marriage' series. Stamps were formatted as booklets of 10.

Here is Ireland's January 28, 2021 "N" (domestic letter rate, one euro on issue date) stamp for its 'Love and Marriage' series. This self-adhesive stamp was sold as booklet of 10.

Holographic heart design on stamp will show different stars (4 different patterns, I believe) if tilted.

On January 20, 2020 Ireland issued its 'Love and Marriage' stamp in two different formats. The first pic shows the stamp in its 'normal' version with internal die cuts and phosphor tagging on the frame. It was sold in a booklet of 10. The 3 cutouts were meant to be used by the customer as envelope or card decorations. Fortunately the circular "GRA' (love)" cutout was on the clipping with the stamp. The two heart-shaped holographic pieces were not.

The second pic/second version of the stamp was issued without internal die cuts and phosphor tagging. It was sold by Anpost as a 'collector's pair'. I cannot vouch for the second pic (internet), but if it shows the stamp as issued, it has different die-cut 'perforations' from the booklet stamps.
