It was just issued this month.

it was supposed to be issued this month October 1st but for some reason most post offices didnt get it, I have one listed on ebay so I know that there is at least one

and it looks like I am going to offer a bounty of 20 monkeys if someone can bring me K and his stirring pot :)

I am guessing they are having major distribution problems. I noticed that even though the set was listed in the 2009 India Post program, the set is not actually pictured on their stamp pic page -- even though the other recent issues are pictured.

I have seen an FDC with all 3 singles (not the miniature sheet), so I know that were ready on time. Obviously, things happen getting from there to wherever they are supposed to be distributed to!

why are not people buying this? all the customers I have had have been darned happy this lot is listed for 99 cents with no reserve and no bids then some dealer will list it for 5 bucks and people will buy it happened a lot last week as well people paid 3x from other dealers and not from me? am I missing something here?

Spock, my two cents is that you are not missing anything. Rather, it seems to me that many buyers just don't take the time to look for better deals and buy from the first seller they find. It has happened to me as well. I've listed modern Guatemala MNH for less than 50% of what other sellers did. Theirs sold, mine didn't.

Stamp collectors tend to be creatures of habit. A lot of stamp dealers rely on that. It takes time to build up a core customer base.

can I do anything to accelerate the process or change their habits. look at the sets and the prices I have listed they are unbeatable and yet no one is biting
