Longer answer: To borrow from Antiques Road Show, "everything is condition, condition, condition". Extremely common stamp, common machine cancel, plain return address graphic, soiled, folded. Even in perfect condition, this cover would languish in a dealer's $1 box. The value is purely sentimental to you for the memory it brings
That said, the last cover I would ever sell was one written by my dad to my mother when they were courting. Not worth $1 to anyone else but priceless to me.
Personal memories make it priceless to you or someone else in your family, but commercial value is negligible. Another detraction is that while the pre-printed sender's name is slightly famous, there is no indication that he personally addressed and sent the letter. Most of the time these sorts of things are handled by secretarial staff and never come near the hands of the guy who owns the company,
