This is a pretty ratty J26, but part of my collection, so Yay! Anyway, upon closer inspection, it looks like a gouge in the right S, which I'll call fishook. I don't think it is a cancellation scratch. I didn't see it listed anywhere. Ideas?

looks like a layout dot that was normally covered when the die was rocked into the plate.
