Thanks, then by this information the posted stamp is Afghanistan parcel post, 1909 3sh bister listed in Scott as Q1. And the next posted image is the 3sh green of 1916-1918 (Q6) ?

Yes, that's correct.
Unaware of how you are capturing the images,
however imperf is not listed, if ungummed, it may be "remainders".

The Q1 comes in various shades and the quality is very poor during printing .
