Yeah I get anyone questioning why I bought from him again. There just are not many dealers in this collecting area. Most of the sellers of Czech material are over there. It takes in some cases 3-4 weeks to get my purchases. This seller in US based. I was aware I might not be getting s full year but felt my past experience might have been a one-off thing. Apparently not.
He's not getting another chance. Here's the listing of the lot that was missing several pictured stamps:
