Help Needed With US Or Irish Tax Marking 1905

There is a boxed 'T 4/25' marking under the 5c postage due adhesive on the card below. I cannot find it in 'The Book of T' by Leahy. It is similar to other US types but it could also have been applied in Ireland (but it does not look to be of a type used in Ireland).



Can anyone confirm where this mark was applied?
