Found these in a box lot.
Pretty sure I already know the answer but thought it best to check with the experts - Any possibility that any of these are legit partial or imperfs?

Thanks in advance!
Harry

Hi Harry,

I'm afraid that none of them look to me to even be close to being genuine part perforated or imperforate revenue stamps.

They are not genuine. Genuine 30 cent foreign exchange part perfs are among the rarest of all first issues. In 40 years of studying revenues I have seen 3 genuine examples and at least 50 fakes.

Thanks Jim and Revcollector! Just confirmed what I suspected.

I am sure you come across lots of altered items such as these - Curious what you do with them, do you throw them out, label them as fake?
Harry
