What is the document below, which to the uninformed observer looks like a hand-made official Greek document of some sort from 1946? Images from both sides appear below.
It appears to be some sort of declaration/confirmation made by or at one of the district offices (hand stamps) in the Athens area - that's as far as I can figure out from the handwritten side of the 'document' Basically it starts off as
'Athens on 21 October 1945' 'Confirmation/testimony'
I haven't been able to decipher the rest of it. The back sports two hand stamps from one of the Athens police precincts which confirm the authenticity of the signature on the 'document'
