Hi Guys
Here is a cover with 2 -37 cent stamps..The one on the right has the colour guide..Stupid question..Is that normal on this stamp..?

That is not a color guide, but the plate number. What you found here is a Plate Number Coil or PNC. If you were to buy a roll of these
Christmas stamps at the post office you would find this plate number at regular intervals in the roll
This plate number could be found every twelve (12) stamps
By the way, the B stands for Bank Note Corporation of America ( BCA ) who printed the stamps
