Bulk postal stationery entires? Your best bet is auctions or on
ebay. It's not kiloware per se, and given the bulk of retaining the entire, my guess is that kiloware operators wouldn't deal with them or just cut them down.
Apfelbaum occasionally has large multi-carton lots that would likely fit your criteria, and I would also keep an eye on Rasdale's offerings.
